Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online or over the phone.  In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment I ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. if the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made. if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled  within the 24 hour mark a 50% charge will be incurred. if you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge 75% of the services booked.
